SUPER 8 movie

Synopsis:
In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth - something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.

What I think:
We just watched the movie this noon, and boy was I entertained! It was a supernatural thriller with some humor in it. The main characters who are a group of middle graders filming a movie for a film contest. At the peak of the movie's climax, I can't help but laugh at the tweens' adrenaline-full of reactions, causing them to panic then be clumsy and hurt themselves and end up shouting at each other in frustration. They were really panicking so hard I laughed my ass ou in the cinema. ( I think people at my back are irritated at me or they were also busy laughing) well, anyway, the story was OK (typical Spielberg movie about aliens). It had a frightening edge, cute puppy love, family love nd probe, friendship, apprehension, govt-related whatever and humor thrown into it. For the movie as a whole I'll give it a 5 out of 5! :) btw, the additional "the CASE" clip at the end was cute!
